Cancellations
Ready to Ship Product Orders:
Orders may be canceled at any time before they ship. Please contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order. We ship all orders by 3:30pm EST.
Custom Orders:
If you need to cancel your order, please be aware of the cancellation policy. Some custom orders may be non-refundable if the project is near completion.
